Apple Watch App

• Fixed a bug where Capacity Tracker required a category for selected zone. Categories are now optional when selecting a zone.

Apple Watch App

• We've launched a companion Apple Watch App. Upgrade your app to version 2.2.0 and you'll see the Watch app installed. You can log a Green Choice or track your capacity. More features to come. Let us know what you think.

In-App Organization Registration

• Team members in organizations can now register with their team subscriptions by scanning the registration link QR code. Users will be prompted to complete registration through either their Apple account or Google account, no email or password required.

Push Notifications Fixes

• We've fixed some bugs with push notifications on iOS and Android. Please update your app to the latest version.

Organization Departments, Green Choices Quick Logs, and UI cleanup

• Organizations can now create Departments and assign users to Departments. This provides another level of structure, with the ability for Department members to see all org-related content or just content within their respective Departments. Org Admins can also create Department-specific resources.
• We've added a new Quick Log feature to the Dashboard's Green Choices Tracker. This will present your most commonly used choices across all categories, weighted by most recent activity in a simple logger for quick entry.
• We've completed several minor UI enhancements to improve app layout and performance.
• Dashboard resource alerts for documents and links now include a button to easily access links directly from the banners.
• We fixed a bug where the Dashboard Green Choices Tracker was not displaying all categories.

Health Plans and 3-3-3 Protocol Enhancements

• Individualized Resilience Plans, Emergency Action Plans and Stress Continuum Plans now use default data so that all users can quickly get started with Green Choices and Capacity Tracker entries. Users have the ability to add to their plans, and customize as needed.
• Protocol check-ins have been updated to use your Individualized Resilience Plan (IRP) and Stress Continuum Plan data. The Capacity Trackers within the check-ins will use your data from your Stress Continuum, and resiliency markers will use your IRP data.

Resource Center

• Organizations now have access to a comprehensive Resource Center to provide timely information, notices, documents, and contact info to team members.
• Organization Admins have full publishing and management capability. Team members see notifications and alerts on their Dashboard, and have access to the full Resource Center through the link under their account menu.

iOS and Android Apps

• Our native apps for iOS and Android are now available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Download from the links on the FieldResponder home page.

3-3-3 Protocol Enhancement, UX Improvements

• You can now view complete details on completed protocol enrollments and export the data as CSV or PDF files.
• The All Incidents list now shows your appraisal scores for easy reference.
• We added color-coded markers to capacity and incident entries when viewing all data for easy reference.

Peer Support for Incidents

When creating a team incident you can now select Peer Responders and Organization Admins within your team to act as peer support for the incident. Users will receive notifications that they have been assigned as peer support.

Notifications and Privacy

You can now find desktop notifications for incidents, reminders and assignments in a dedicated page, accessible through the notifications icon in the navigation bar. Email notifications have now been moved to an opt-in setting in your Profile. A new privacy tab within your Profile shows which analytics you've consented to allow.

Field Mode (offline access)

You can now access green choices, capacity tracking, incident tracking and incident appraisals offline through our new Field Mode feature. Enable Field Mode while you have network access and your data will be cached locally. Once back online your data will sync automatically.

Biometric Authentication

You can now login to FieldResponder with your biometric (Face ID or fingerprint) authentication on supported iOS and Andriod devices.

OAuth Authentication

You can now login to FieldResponder with your Google or Apple account through OAuth authentication.

Affiliate Program

The FieldResponder Affiliate Program is now live. Affiliates will have access to a Dashboard to onboard and manage organizations. Earn commissions while helping more teams and first responders gain access to FieldResponder resources and services. Please contact us for more information about this exciting opportunity!

Plan Updates, Leaderboard Addition

You will now see a reminder on your Dashboard to complete your Individualized Resilience Plan. A Leaderboard is added to your Green Choices Dashboard for friendly competitions with teammates.

Two-Factor Authorization

You can now enable two-factor authorization (2FA) for your account. We strongly recommend that all users enable this setting by going into your profile and clicking the Security tab, then follow the instructions for setup. 2FA increases the security of your account and data.

Email Notifications

You will now receive email notifications when assigned an incident for appraisal, and also when enrolling in a 3-3-3 Protocol. A reminder will be sent one day prior to 3-day, 3-week and 3-month check-ins.

Incident Analytics

You can now view incident analytics and charts for your personal entries, and team analytics for Peer Responders and Organization Admins.

Option for Deferring Protocol Enrollment

You can now opt to "decide later" to enroll in a 3-3-3 Protocol. A reminder notification will appear on your Dashboard until you enroll or dismiss the enrollment.

Capacity and Incident Filters

Peer Responders and Organization Admins now have a toggle to view personal vs. team capacity entries and incidents, and can filter team analytics by individual, team, anonymous and named entries.

Capacity Analytics

You can now view analytics and charts for your personal capacity entries. Use this feature to get a snapshot of capacity levels over time.

Initial App Launch

Initial launch of the core app features, including capacity tracker, incident tracker, role-based permissions, 3-3-3 protocol, green choices and health plans.
